Finish Note
Our burnished and vintage finishes are applied by hand in small batches. Each piece is slightly different, and that’s what makes it special. If you’re placing a large order, please contact us first so we can try to send all pieces from the same batch.
Care and Cleaning
Unlacquered brass will darken and age with time. Most clients love this natural change. Clean gently with mild dish soap and water. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals. To restore the polished look, you can use brass polish, but not on burnished or vintage finishes as it may damage them. If you want the option to make it shiny again later, choose the polished finish.
Installation
Some products come with visible screws. These are decorative and not as strong as hidden ones. We recommend pre drilling and avoiding power tools. It’s best to have a professional help with installation. If a screw breaks because instructions were not followed, we are not responsible. Screws are included as a courtesy.
