The pop-up drains are beautiful, and the unlacquered brass is gorgeous. My disappointment came once I placed my order. The drains arrived much later than expected. We ordered the drains because they were marketed as "in stock and with a 2-day delivery." That was NOT the case. The drains arrived much later than promised. Customer support was not helpful. I emailed countless times only to receive the same canned response, not given any information on shipping information. The contact phone number was not helpful either. I called the number multiple times; however the call went directly to an odd voicemail. Again, never received any response from customer service. The drains did arrive in good repair, not sure it was worth the hassle given there were many other suppliers that have the same product.
